How CEA Works

  1. Arizona taxpayers donate to Catholic Education Arizona instead of paying a portion of their state income tax directly to Arizona.

Applying for CEA

The CEA scholarship process is simple and transparent. Families complete one application per school year through the FAIR online portal (accessible via www.fairapp.com). You’ll need your financial documents and your school’s OLPH school code during the process.

Applications typically open in February for the following school year. Awards are granted based on demonstrated financial need and available funds.

💡 Tip: Families can apply for both CEA and other School Tuition Organizations (STOs) to maximize scholarship opportunities.
